Shipping destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States.

Shipping charges
Customers pay shipping. Available services and charges are calculated at checkout using the delivery address, package weight, and package dimensions.

Processing time
In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Delivery and tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when the order ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact support@kynetraxis.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
Inspect the shipment when it arrives. Contact support@kynetraxis.com within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect, and include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
